WHY SSDIRESOURCE

Campaign infrastructure buyers can evaluate

Idillo Inc. operates SSDIResource.com and connects qualified SSDI consumer demand with approved buyers through defined qualification, routing, and quality-control standards.

Documented consent

Every delivered lead or call includes a TrustedForm certificate that provides an independent record of the consumer session and consent language.

TrackDrive screening

We leverage TrackDrive's DNC screening along with an internal suppression list to help maintain TCPA compliance.

Transparent quality review

Call recordings and qualification responses provide a clear basis for reviewing disputes and issuing credits when campaign criteria were not met.

CONSUMER JOURNEY

From opt-in to qualified transfer

Consumers voluntarily request information through an online survey and consent flow. Trained qualification agents then confirm interest and campaign eligibility before a call is transferred or delivered.

Participation is optional, and a consumer may decline an offer or end the conversation at any time.

Consumer survey and opt-in

The consumer submits information and affirmatively agrees to be contacted about relevant SSDI services.

Interest and eligibility screening

A qualification agent confirms disability status, work history, treatment, representation status, and genuine interest.

Compliance and suppression checks

Consent records are retained, and TrackDrive DNC screening plus internal suppression controls are applied.

Qualified call delivery

Calls meeting the buyer's agreed criteria are routed live, with tracking and recordings available for quality review.
